Little Efforts Make
That's what we are here for.
We support heroes in need through holistic healing resources that provide alternative methods to address symptoms, improve positive thinking, learn ways to cope when symptoms arise and treat problems related to trauma such as depression and anxiety or misuse of alcohol or drugs.
Our goal is to enrich the lives of first responders that are suffering from PTSD to help them express themselves creatively while bringing awareness to this very serious and widespread mental illness that impacts the lives of so many first responders, including firefighters, police officers, EMT's, paramedics, dispatchers, and air medics.
To bring awareness and educate the public about issues that first responders face
Reduce the stigma around mental health issues
Provide education about the signs and symptoms of the mental health issues that first responders experience
Reduce financial barriers to engage in creative endeavors and explore artistic activities that heal and restore.
